Where is the value?

The tool never guesses whether a vendor document is using a human register reference or the protocol offset.

For holding registers, the first human reference is 40001.

How is it stored?

Paste decimal or hexadecimal 16-bit register values. Separate them with spaces or commas.

How should it read?

Apply a simple engineering calculation after the protocol value is decoded.
